Start your weekend off with a gentle hatha flow designed to help you forget your week and energize you for the weekend.
This yoga class is a gentle flow where we will link breath and movement. Poses will flow from one to the other and will include sun salutations.
Meet in front of concession stand/comfort station at Field 2 (walk straight down to shoreline if you're running late -- in front of lifeguard station)
We will be following social distancing and safety protocols; please remember to bring a mask/face covering.
Bring beach towel/blanket/sarong and any props you may need or use.
