What better way to start your day than by slowing waking your body up with a gentle hath flow while listening to the sounds of the ocean?
This yoga class is designed to stretch and open your body and poses will be held for a longer period of time (3-5 breaths)
Meet in front of concession stand/comfort station at Field 2 (walk straight down to shoreline if you're running late -- in front of lifeguard station)
We will be following all social distancing and safety protocols required by New York State. Please bring a mask/face covering.
Bring beach towel/blanket/sarong and any props you may need or use.
